With previous experience in commercial leasing and acquisitions, real estate development, and project management, he is able to draw from an array of knowledge to help clients reach their goals in their personal real estate endeavours. 

Prior to working in the real estate industry, Karan graduated from the Beedie School of Business where he obtained his BBA with Distinction, in Finance. His numbers based approach along with his client oriented focus has propelled him to achieve the Royal LePage Diamond award which represents top 3% in their respective marketplace.
